| Regular facility rental rates apply, but
are not subject to non-profit rate if a sale is held. Rental
includes indoor penning, sales ring set-up, weigh scale, wash rack,
and inhouse sound system. Tie-out penning is extra. Manure and straw
disposal from the stalls and grounds is the responsibility of the
renter. These must be removed within two days of the
sale. Livestock Sales: Rental is 3% of gross sales or $1,800, whichever is greater, based on pre-sale fees (minimum two days) of $350 per day, post-sale fees (minimum one day) of $350 per day, and sale day fees of $750 per day. | |||||
